with the decision presented by the State Minister of Investment/Head
of Coordinating Body for Capital Investment (BKPM) regarding
the employment/hire/use of foreign human resources constantly
staying in Jakarta, along with the approval by The State Minister
of Investment (BKPM) relating the subject of status change
from non foreign investment company to become foreign investment
